Three years after the events in Henry IV Part 1,
rebels continue to threaten King Henry. Hal, Prince
of Wales, and his friend Falstaff are enlisted by
the King to go to war. King Henry is ill and asks
Falstaff to recruit soldiers for the army, but Falstaff
enriches himself by allowing recruits to buy their
way out of the army. Hal's younger brother is approached
by the rebels, but captures and executes them. The
King dies and Hal is crowned King Henry V. Falstaff
is punished by being ordered to remain atleast ten
miles from the palace upon pain of death.
